Permocera Ceramic Surface Primer is a water-based, acrylic dispersion-based, filled primer that enhances the adhesion of plaster and ceramic adhesives to surfaces, ensuring a strong and durable bond.

Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation:

✔ Ensure the surface is free from dust, grease, lime deposits, and detergent residues.
✔ Clean old ceramics thoroughly and check their strength to support the new layer.

2. Application:

✔ Stir thoroughly before use and apply without dilution.
✔ Use a brush or roller to apply a single, uniform coat across the entire surface.
✔ For highly absorbent surfaces, a second coat may be applied.
✔ Allow 4-6 hours before applying plaster or ceramic adhesive.
✔ Clean tools immediately after use with water.

Coverage

✔ 8 – 10 m²/kg (Depending on surface porosity and condition).

Drying Times

✔ Touch dry: 30 minutes
✔ Fully dry: 24 hours

Storage & Shelf Life

✔ Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
✔ Protect from freezing and keep the container tightly sealed.
✔ Shelf life: 2 years in unopened packaging.
✔ Maximum stacking: 7 units of 3 kg or 8 units of 1 kg per stack.

Safety & Precautions

⚠ P262 – Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing.
⚠ P270 – Do not eat, drink, or smoke during use.
⚠ P302+P352 – If in contact with skin, wash thoroughly with water.
⚠ P305+P351+P338 – In case of eye contact, rinse with water, remove contact lenses, and continue rinsing.
⚠ P501 – Dispose of in accordance with local waste management regulations.
