Permocover Stain Block Paint is a solvent-based, thermoplastic resin-based, high-opacity matte paint specifically designed to permanently conceal even the most stubborn stains.

Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation:

✔ Remove loose particles, grease, dust, and surface imperfections.
✔ Clean excessive stains before application.
✔ Sand old alkyd-based paints and glossy surfaces to improve adhesion.

2. Application:

✔ Apply two coats using a brush or roller.
✔ For heavily stained surfaces, a third coat may be applied.
✔ Solvent-based paints can be applied directly; water-based paints require a transition primer.
✔ Clean tools with synthetic thinner immediately after use.

Coverage

✔ 7 – 10 m² per liter (Depending on surface porosity and condition).

Drying Times

✔ Touch dry: 1 – 2 hours
✔ Recoating time: 12 hours
✔ Fully cured: 24 hours

Storage & Shelf Life

✔ Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
✔ Protect from freezing and keep the lid tightly sealed.
✔ Shelf life: 3 years in unopened packaging.
✔ Maximum stacking: 7 units of 2.5L or 8 units of 0.75L per stack.

Safety & Precautions

⚠ P102 – Keep out of reach of children.
⚠ P210 – Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flames. No smoking.
⚠ P280 – Wear protective gloves, clothing, goggles, and face protection.
⚠ P301+P310 – If swallowed, immediately call Poison Control (114) or seek medical attention.
⚠ P302+P352 – If in contact with skin, wash thoroughly with plenty of water.
⚠ P304+P340 – If inhaled, move to fresh air and rest in a comfortable position.
⚠ P501 – Dispose of in accordance with local waste management regulations.
