Pop & Rolls 2K Varnish – Liquid Glass Coating is a solvent-based, acrylic, two-component, high-performance transparent protective varnish. Engineered for superior water resistance and resilience under harsh conditions, it ensures lasting protection for various surfaces.

Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation:

✔ Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and old paint residues.
✔ If applying over Pop & Rolls Renovation Paint, wait 24 hours after painting before varnish application.

2. Mixing Ratios:

✔ Component A: 2 parts, Component B: 1 part (Mix in a 2:1 ratio).
✔ The prepared mixture must be used within 40-60 minutes.

3. Application:

✔ Apply using a silk brush, velvet roller, or satin roller.
✔ Use 1 or 2 coats, allowing 4-6 hours between coats.
✔ Clean application tools with industrial thinner before the varnish hardens.

Coverage

✔ 12-16 m² per liter (Depending on surface texture and absorption).

Drying Times

✔ Touch dry: 1 hour
✔ Ready for light use: 24 hours
✔ Water-resistant: After 3 days
✔ Full chemical resistance: 7 days

Storage & Shelf Life

✔ Store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly sealed.
✔ Protect from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.
✔ Shelf life: 1 year in unopened packaging.
✔ Maximum stacking: 8 units of 0.75L per stack.
